The Sevillano Community was built between 2002 and 2004 is staged at the vineyards in South Livermore. This is a neighborhood of luxury homes that were developed by Pulte Homes and range in size from 3700 sq ft to 4700 sq ft. The homes offer 3 car garages and are set on 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre lots, many of which back right up into the vineyards.
